Communication

The Department of Education have released a document called Communication Protocols (please see below). Within this document, expectations about responding to parent/carers from the Principal and school staff is included. Every effort will be made to respond within a reasonable timeframe. At Burrendah we are aiming for our timeframe to be no longer than 48 hours and within our Reception hours of 8:00am - 3:30pm.
