Junior Primary: Yr 1 - 2 | Room 18
I believe every child, no matter their background, religion, abilities or differences has the right to inclusion and to learn. Through differentiation, I provide students with their specific needs in order to develop lifelong learners. Collaboration is imperative to learning and life. We work regularly in groups, discussing, learning and playing together. Authentic experiences are some of the most educational for young children. By making real connections to the world around us through activities, such as looking at the community and the physical world around us, students are able to understand the broader picture of learning. I encourage positive behaviour so students feel safe and supported in their learning environment.
